Representative Harris moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                    
House adopt the following letter of intent:                                                         
                                                                                                    
"It is the intent of the Legislature that at least $650,000 of the                                  
appropriation in SB 241 be allocated directly to the Alaska Natural                                 
Gas Development Authority."                                                                         
                                                                                                    
for:                                                                                                
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 241(FIN) am H                                                            
    "An Act making an appropriation to the Department of Revenue                                    
    for work related to bringing North Slope natural gas to market;                                 
    and providing for an effective date."                                                           
                                                                                                    
There being no objection, the House letter of intent was adopted.
